Do not ever think that you are right and others wrong. There may be more than one right and in religion this is often the case. In fact, all are right in their own ways and they appeal to various segments of society so that more will know God and the inner truth of the way to God.
The truth is that there must be balance approach to life so that there will be peace of spirit. This may be referred to as the Middle Way in one religion or as the balancing of the yin and yang in another.
In other religions, it is even referred to as treading the spiritual road with neither idolising nor good works for one to be saved and to be with God.
No one has strayed from the mission of God to save souls just by taking up the position of a religion that is not professed by others. Perhaps they just differ in perception and are in transit at different points of the mission.
The different parties involved would look at one another strangely and asked, "Why are you not with us?". This is because they are at different points of mission and are in transit.
Each may think the other is wrong when all are both right and wrong. In fact, they are different because by being different, they surely will appeal to more segments in society and thereby be complementary.
Eventually, if the mission matures, in time to come, perhaps many years from now, all will meet and work as one.
In fact, they may already be working independently now but have the same objective and working under the same God. They are on different highways to God.
In religion, there is more than one right. In fact, all may be right and not wrong. Do not be bigoted. No good will come out of bigotry.
Be it in religion or in any mission such as the Mission by Lord Bo Tien that all religions are one with the same God and inner truth, there is no one way alone but many.
