The Living Life Series is dedicated to Lord (武天) Bo Tien. The doctrine is in His image. The image is the doctrine. He who sees, understands and effects the doctrine sees and knows Him. He who does not see, know and effect the doctrine sees not and knows not the saint even if the saint or His image is beside him. The far may be near and the near may be far. Let the doctrine and the saint be part of our life. The lord saint in your life can be any heavenly saint of any religion, sect or school. The doctrine of truth is behind all and this is the Inner Truth that leads all (regardless of their religious affliliation or even if none) to inner peace and heaven on earth here and now and not just in the after life. The ideal worship and devotion is to know and effect the doctrine of God and the saints. The best gospel is the gospel of life. We learn from our life and the lives of others. The true temple is the world we live in. The sky is the roof of the temple and religions and sects are the pillars of the temple. All under Heaven are in the temple. The whole wide world and web is the temple and must be regarded as a sacred place --- a temple for living and learning. It is more important that everyone that counts plays a role in this universal temple if due focus is to be given to the Mission of Heaven. Men must not be distracted by the agenda of men and end up serving the mission of man. That would be a far cry from the Mission of Heaven.

Unraveling the myths of God and creation

Learning Point No 413


Whoever says God is unfeeling may be both right and wrong. They may ask why must men suffer in pain? Why some are blind and some cannot walk and are bedridden? Why must men live only to die in the end? Surely a loving and perfect God cannot be so imperfect. 


The first premise to understand God better is to know that God is both created and creator. He was sent by the First Pure One from the Supra Heavens to the Universe of Hell, Heaven and Earth. He has part in the creation of this Universe. 

In the beginning, there was primordial energy and from the pure essence in the primordial energy arose the First Pure One who created the Supra Heaven and the Second and Third Pure Ones. Each created their own Supra Heaven and divine beings. 

The remainder primordial energy left was not so pure and this devolved into yin and yang and this dominates all existence. 

The First Pure One sent down his right hand divine one to rule over the lower universe below the Supra Universe of Heavens. 

He became God the Jade Emperor. God created the various levels of existence of the lower universe such as Heavens, Earth and Hells as well as the beings both visible and invisible. 

But there is imperfection in creation because of yin and yang. Beings must reach perfection by mastery and balance of yin and yang, the dual polarities that characterise life. 

Only then can they be in tune with God and saints in Heavens. Only then can they be with God. 

God sent down saints to teach men the Way or Tao to attain mastery of yin and yang so that they can be pure and at peace to be with God and saints. 

Without mastery of yin and yang, men will have to ever be reborn time and again and be victims of imperfection and cause more imperfections. 

That is the very reason why there are those who are born more disadvantageous and with disabilities. They are victims of yin and yang and not masters of yin and yang. 

This post should provide some understanding to unravel the myths of God and creation, and why God is both created and creator. 

 Man is like God. Man too is both created and creator. Isn't this true?
