The Living Life Series is dedicated to Lord (武天) Bo Tien. The doctrine is in His image. The image is the doctrine. He who sees, understands and effects the doctrine sees and knows Him. He who does not see, know and effect the doctrine sees not and knows not the saint even if the saint or His image is beside him. The far may be near and the near may be far. Let the doctrine and the saint be part of our life. The lord saint in your life can be any heavenly saint of any religion, sect or school. The doctrine of truth is behind all and this is the Inner Truth that leads all (regardless of their religious affliliation or even if none) to inner peace and heaven on earth here and now and not just in the after life. The ideal worship and devotion is to know and effect the doctrine of God and the saints. The best gospel is the gospel of life. We learn from our life and the lives of others. The true temple is the world we live in. The sky is the roof of the temple and religions and sects are the pillars of the temple. All under Heaven are in the temple. The whole wide world and web is the temple and must be regarded as a sacred place --- a temple for living and learning. It is more important that everyone that counts plays a role in this universal temple if due focus is to be given to the Mission of Heaven. Men must not be distracted by the agenda of men and end up serving the mission of man. That would be a far cry from the Mission of Heaven.

Why must some men forsake a temple or church?

Learning Point No 347

Lord Bo Tien had said that the flower should not be blamed for insects coming to it. Whilst the only motive is to get nectar, insects do rub off pollen to pollinate the flower and bring about fruition with dispersal of seeds. The flower wilts and dies off.

Men who come to a temple or church for their own motives usually of worldly selfish nature such as for personal ends, gain and fame, thereby doing great disservice to the temple or church.

They do not further the spiritual purpose or mission. They simply make use of the temple or church and proclaim themselves as leaders and pastors but help themselves to gain and fame to secure better social and political mileage.

They do good for their own good so that they can be knighted or acclaimed as the mouthpiece of God and put words in the mouth of God. They want to lead God and saints rather than let God and saints lead them.

Worse still in the process, they enrich themselves by siphoning the coffers. But this is not bad enough.

There are those who are prepared to pay lip service and derail the mission or the will of God for their worldly fame. They turn the temple or church over to do their own bidding or the bidding of the land rather than that of God and saint.

On the contrary, this should not at all be a problem if they had emphasized on the main thrust to do the will of God and saint. But they are overcame and intoxicated by their own agenda and on the guise of doing good work for the temple or church, they do good work only for themselves.

They meticulously siphon away whatever good they can get out of the temple or church and leave it high and dry when they get what they want. Where is the conscience but to make the situation worse, there will always be those others who let them do what they want?

Why must some men forsake a temple or church? They forsake (abandon) the original purpose though outwardly they claim to stay on spiritual. Heaven knows but many men do not know. They think these few are great.

Only a handful know but how much can they do to right the wrong? But what's the point if there will always be insects coming to the flower.

If the few who know but know not enough decide to blame God and saint for allowing insects to come to the flower, then God and saint help them for they know not enough.

Blame not the flower for insects coming to it. A temple or church exists for attracting men who are wrong but there is no guarantee they will turn good.

If they turn bad, then there is more reason for the temple or church to accommodate them. A temple or church is not for the holy holy or the goody two shoes but for the worst of men, hoping they will one day be good, if not a wee bit better.

There is no discredit or loss if they make mockery of the purpose of the temple or church. At least their wanton disregard for the spirituality of the place though shocking can open up the eyes of other men.

The good men may be turned off but they do learn and benefit by knowing the wrong in the wolves among men in a temple or church.

But rather than being turned off, they must have the tenacity to change the wolves into sheep. This will be doing the bidding of God and saints - to turn wolves into sheep, to change men from wrong to right. This is true conversion.

Why must some men forsake a temple or church? How do you deal with them. Well, by reading this post, you may wisely decide to welcome them the way God and saints do.

You gain by knowing them better and working on them and not with them. You should never be made used off by them.

You can learn from their mistakes. This is the least you can do.

At all cost, you should never be part for their wrong or encourage them in their wayward ways. You should ever try to handle the devil in them but not be bedeviled by them.

But you should not ever lock horns with them. That would not help but make matters worse.

You should also not run away from them. If you do, like insects or bees, they may come after you and you may be stung by them.

Hopefully, they are not like bees and ants but are other insects. Then they may be irritating but will not bite you or sting you.
